Billy Bargetzi - Trombone

Billy Bargetzi has played professionally for over 20-years throughout the U.S. and Europe with some of the finest musical artists in the world including The Tommy Dorsey Orchestra, Arturo Sandoval, Rosemary Clooney, The Four Tops, The Temptations, and many others. He’s been on faculty at The University of Alabama in Huntsville since 2012.

He’s performed with the Atlanta Jazz Orchestra, Huntsville Symphony Orchestra, The Chattanooga Symphony, The Brass Band of Huntsville, Rocket City Jazz Orchestra, and The Night Flight Big Band, among others.

He’s also worked extensively for Disneyland, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, and at The Famous Door on Bourbon St. in New Orleans.

A native of Huntsville, Alabama, Billy grew up in a family where music was the rule, not the exception. He studied at The University of Southern Mississippi, and earned a degree in Jazz Studies from The University of North Florida.
